I'm going to show you another part of me

One that I have not shown before.

Hell, a side of me I'm still exploring

It's been hidden and pushed down

Abused, abandoned, and misused

Scarred and unprotected

But, I promise this side of me is grounded

Healed, unafraid, wanting, and willing

Infused with compassion, empathy, and warmth

Love, it's been strengthened through prayer

Dipped in Solace and Protection

Wrapped in Wisdom, Grace, and Understanding

A part of me that says "I Got You"

That screams, You are Safe, Loved, and Cared for

Wanted, Considered, and Celebrated

Scat.. Scatter.. Scattered. .

Scattered Brain

Scattered Thoughts

Scattered Heart

Scattered Words

Do this or Do that

Say this but Don't say that

Eat this. Don't Eat that

Take Action or Stay Stagnant

Before Aligning

Everything is just scattered

No Clarity, No Organization

Sunday is rest day

A day to love without force

To exist and be free

Beautiful moments that make for lasting memories

Filing your hearts desires all in one day

Refresh, Rejuvenate, and Revive

I call it Rich Sundaes
