Meet

My name is Shalisa Jones, and my story is rooted in one powerful truth: I had to lose my voice before I could truly find it.

For a long time, I lived in silence - Silence shaped by trauma, fear, and the weight of things I didn't yet have the words to express. Like many, I learned how to survive before I ever learned how to speak.

But healing changed that.

Through Faith, self-discovery, and the courage to face my own story, I began to reclaim my voice - piece by piece. What started as a private journaling turned into poetry. Poetry turned into storytelling. And storytelling became a mission.

Today, I am an author, speaker, and creative voice dedicated to helping others do the same.

My two-part memoir, The Scars They Couldn't See, is a reflection of that journey - from silence... to truth... to transformation

FIND YOUR VOICE.

Shalisa Jones

  • Part One: FInding My Voice Through Silence explores what it means to endure what goes unseen.

  • Part Two: Learning to Speak After Being Silenced is about reclaiming power, identity, and expression.

But my work doesn't stop at writing.

Through speaking, coaching, and voice work, I help others reconnect with their own voice - whether that means telling their own story, building confidence, or stepping into who they were meant to be.

Because your voice matters. Your story matters.

And no matter where you've been... you still have the power to own it.

OWN YOUR STORY.
